We will explore various shamanic, somatic psychotherapy, & ancient tantric teachings that I use within my own personal practice. During these Goddess Rising I & II workshops, you’ll learn many tantric techniques, everything from Yoni Steams and Massages, Breathing Exercises, elements of self pleasure + partnered, & how to choose Yoni Eggs + Wands which will help to connect you with and enhance your Goddess Energy.
Goddess Rising I: Release the Past & Tap Into Your Sacred Power
In our first female-focussed workshop we will identify and release trauma wounds and emotions which are stored within us. This process will begin our healing and re-connection with the Divine Feminine within, the Goddess element, that we hold within us. I’ll show you how to listen and tune into your body by recognizing energetic cues and movement within your body. This group session involves a series of breathwork , energy & soundwork to release what’s blocking us from tapping into this Sacred pool of energy. Most importantly I’ll demonstrate how to use tantric Self Massage techniques which will aid in releasing trauma, as well as activate and clear your energy centers & reconnect you with your Inner Sacred Goddess.
Goddess Rising II: Manifestation & Embodiment
In our second workshop I will show you how to harness this magnetic, orgasmic energy and use it to enhance every aspect of your life. I will demonstrate how to move sensually through ecstatic dance. Along with how to use yoni eggs and wands to access this Sacred Goddess energy. We shall learn how to manifest the energy not just for trauma release but for the embodiment of the Divine Feminine and to bring your manifestations into fruition. This workshop is for those who’ve completed Goddess Rising I, as we aim to strengthen the connection with your Inner Sacred Goddess.
